Description of the problem | A couple of months ago when i tried to raise the shoulder height of the driver side seat belt, i had to use excessive thumb pressure to push on the elliptical button to unlock the adjuster and raise it. During this process i heard something snap inside the plastic enclosure and the vertical height button cannot be depressed, hence the mechanism is locked in place and cannot be moved in either the up or down direction. Note, that the seat belt recoil and tensioner work fine. When i showed the dealership service evaluator the height adjuster problem, he commented on a one quarter of an inch (. 250 |
