Description of the problem | While driving s on i95 just north of ponte vedra exit between jacksonville and st. Augustine, fl a large piece of tire retread/recap came down in my lane and i had no option but to hit it going between 65-70mph causing damage to my front and rear bumpers and unknown damage underneath until it is checked out. Tire recap causes many accidents or vehicular damage with no repercussions. If i were to drop large items from my vehicle that damaged other vehicles or caused accidents, there would be severe repercussions. Money is no excuse for safety, make them pay for tires or stay off the road! |
