Description of the problem	Shiny/sticky/melting dashboard recall on toyota camry. My mother has been having this issue for three years. Being that she has a language barrier she was not aware of a recall. Toyota states they sent her two notices in 01/15 and 10/15, which she cannot recall receiving and wouldnt have understood if they were in english. Now she drives around with this dashboard reflecting off her windshield at night and sometimes during the sunny days so much that its hard for her to see the road. This is a safety hazard, and i believe she can potentially get into an auto accident. Toyota does not consider this a safety hazard or recall, but it should be. The warranty should remain open until all vehicles with this problem are fixed!! If my mother has an accident, toyota should be liable!!! Toyota says the extension for this warranty ended just last month 07/18, but after the two notices in 2015 they never sent further notices.
