Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2009 toyota camry. The contact received notification of a recall campaign and took the vehicle to the dealer for repairs (nhtsa campaign id numbers 09v388000 and 10v017000: vehicle speed control: accelerator pedal). The all-weather floor mats were replaced with floor mats that were very thin. The contact verified the replacement floor mats slid back and forth while secured by the dual-hook fasteners. The contact was concerned that the floor mats could potentially interfere with the accelerator and brake pedals. The dealer was contacted with his concerns but would offer no further assistance other than documenting his complaint. The failure and current mileages were 35000.
