Description of the problem | Vehicle (2009 camry xle) does not de-accelerate immediately when taking your foot off the accelerator no matter what the speed. This occurrence was first noticed in the fall the summer of 2009. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (balise toyota w. Spfld, ma) on jan. 5 2010. The problem was pointed out to the dealer and i was told there was no problem and that the situation was normal. On feb. 22, 2010 i again brought the vehicle back to the same dealership for the recall for modification of driver side floor carpet, fuel pedal modification and installation of a part described as ssc. After taking receipt of the vehicle on feb. 22, 2010 the accelerator still does not respond immediately to de-accelerate. |
