Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2009 toyota camry. The driver took her vehicle into the dealer to have the accelerate recall repaired on the day that the complaint was filed. The recall noticed stated that the floor mats should be placed in the trunk and if they are not the correct ones they would be replaced free of charge. When she returned to the dealership her mats were not in her vehicle. No one at the dealership was able to tell her what happened to the floor mats or who removed them from the trunk of her vehicle. She is concerned that the vehicle was not inspected by the dealer. There are no failures at this time. The vin was not available. The current mileage was 5,016. |
