Description of the problem | Driver side sun visor unable to totally fold back, the visor had a little bit loose and cannot return back to the top ceiling of the car. It started getting worse months by month, finally by august,2014,it totally cannot flip back to original top . It cannot be used to block sun light from the front in the morning or evening time. It cause safety issue. I complaint to toyota for exchange. But dealer want me to wait for at least 4 - 6 weeks to get parts. |
