Description of the problem | The car clock has been running fast (4-5 minutes after six months) starting from the date purchased (may 2015). More critically, the clock started to sudden change the time after starting the car engine. The clock sudden change issues have happened three times recently (first one in september 2017, second one in january 2018, and third one in april 2018). Although it reflects on clock changing but it is not sure if the problem could be even more serious (like engine....). I contacted the toyota dealer and toyota customer service regarding the issues in january 2018 and april 2018. However, they acknowledged the problem but refused to take care of issues. Please help us to make the manufacturer to take up their responsibilities. Thanks. |
