Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2017 toyota camry. The contact stated that there was an intermittent failure with the keyless entry operation. On several occasions, the key fob failed to unlock the front driver's door; however, the front passenger door would unlock. The contact had to enter the vehicle from the front passenger door. The vehicle was taken to john o'neil johnson toyota (2900 ms-39, meridian, ms 39301, (888) 781-0044) where it was determined that there was no recall on the vehicle pertaining to the locks/latches/linkages. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000. |
