Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 toyota corolla. While driving less than 30 mph from a cul-de-sac, the vehicle accelerated at a high rate of speed independently. The accelerator pedal was stuck and would not release. The vehicle crashed into a tree. None of the air bags deployed. The brakes were applied with force, but failed to stop the vehicle. The driver sustained back and neck pain. The passenger sustained chest pains. Both occupants received medical treatment.
