Description of the problem | I am not satisfied with that, after all i have had my car for 2 years and now you notice that there is an error in the airbag? This is serious and people still died, and even though i have to wait for a solution to fix it? I use my car every day to work and i'm at risk every day. How is the risk i have taken for these past two years? You should indemnify the customer and not simply send a letter that is seeking a solution. On the day i bought it i bought a car thinking it was in perfect condition and then i received a notification that there is a risk, which can be serious to my life and that of my passengers, family or friends. Total neglect. |
