Description of the problem | I have been told by the toyota dealer as well as apple that my new phone, an iphone 11 pro, is not compatible with the computer system in the vehicle. They both claim the other needs an update, but neither one has any idea when that may happen. I cannot use hands free because the phone continually connects and disconnects to the car. The suggestion i got from them was to turn off my bluetooth and not allow the phone to connect to the car. This seems like a safety issue with no end in sight. This happens anytime the car is on smd the phone connects. This is an ongoing issue from november on... |
