Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 toyota rav 4. The contact stated that the vehicle abnormally accelerated as the brakes were depressed. The contact applied the brakes harder and the vehicle stopped. The contact stated that the failure recurred several times later. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection but they could not duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired and the failure recurred.
