Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2004 toyota scion xb. A few months ago, the seat belt on the driver's side began to shred and the threads separated one by one. The dealer stated that there was a five year/60,000 mile warranty on the seat belt; however, there were no recalls for the seat belt. The failure would cost $200 plus $150 per hour in labor.
