Description of the problem | While opening rear hatch the handle pulled off. No undue pressure was used, it literally just pulled off into my hand as i attempted to simply open the door. I have read numerous complaints of this problem with this particular year & model scion , this is obviously a manufacturing defect. Scion/toyota refuses to replace the part without a substantial charge. |
