Description of the problem | Seat backs on both front seats make a tin-can-like clunking sound when you push on them them least bit and something inside the seat can be felt shifting as the sound is being made. It doesn't matter if the car is moving or not, it always does it. Our local dealer checked other jetta's on their lot and they all do it so they won't fix it as they consider it "normal operation". |
