Description of the problem | I love, love, love vw and my new (2019) vw jetta 1. 4t sel. I purchased it in 2018 and it's currently got just over 13k miles on it. My dad drove it the other day and asked me what the "growling" noise was coming when he accelerated under low power/ light load (sweet spot happening about 28-33 mph). I noticed it when i first purchased the car, but figured it was normal. When i looked online, i see that a lot of other people have complaints about this too. I'm wondering if there is really a problem that might get worse as time goes on. It occurs every time acceleration happens. I really do love this car! |
