Description of the problem | The clock spring failed and air bag light was on in my 2013 passat. I took it to dealership and because volkswagen had just acknowledged a recall i had to pay for the repair and they said i would be reimbursed. Now volkswagen is saying my vin is not in the recall. How can they recall and pay for vehicles that haven't even had the problem but refuse to cover mine? |
