Description of the problem | Takata recall. I was received a letter in the mail stating my vehicle was involved in the airbag recall. I contacted my dealer (crain vw of fayetteville) and was told that at this time they could not complete the air bag recall. I called several months later and was told the same thing with an added joke of not to be involved in a crash. Now it is a year and 3 months and i still have not received a new air bag for my vehicle and do not expect to receive one in the near future from what i have seen and read regarding the recall. This is an unacceptable problem that needs to be fixed as soon as possible. |
