Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2013 volkswagen passat. The contact took the vehicle to napleton volkswagen springfield (3145 s campbell ave, springfield, mo 65807, (417) 886-6000) to be repaired per an unknown recall. The repair was completed; however, the clock spring eventually failed. The same dealer repaired the vehicle again at the contact's expense and stated that the initial repair only replaced the covering for the air bags. The manufacturer refused to reimburse the contact since he had the vehicle's oil changed outside of the dealer and showed "no loyalty" to volkswagen. The failure mileage was 110,000. |
