Description of the problem | Takata recall. My car was impacted by the 2/9/16 recall of takata airbags. We received a notice from vw last march. The dealer has refused to return calls, provide a repair date, offer a loaner car until the repair could be made, they are also refusing to replace or refund fair market value of the car. My teenage daughter is driving a car that could kill her and no one is interested in helping us or providing a solution. After waiting 12 months for any plan of action from vw we are requesting help from the nhtsa. |
