Description of the problem | I was turning my steering wheel to park and heard a noise in the steering wheel that sounded like a wire stretching. Air bag light came on dashboard. Vehicle taken to vw dealer. Dealer states 'airbag clock spring' broken. A nhtsa recall exists for 2014 vw passat, yet my vehicle is not included in it?
